EIT Health's acceleration programmes for early-stage start-ups give entrepreneurs a chance to explore the market potential of their health product or service and prepare for launch. With guidance from Europe-wide network of members and mentors, participants test and validate their innovations, navigate regulations, and develop solid business plans to go to market.

EIT Health offers six complementary acceleration programmes:
- Regulatory Pathways Bootcamp: 10-week blended programme to navigate European healthcare regulations and identify pathways to reimbursement for digital health or medical device solutions
- MedTech Bootcamp: 6-week online programme for medtech teams seeking business training, proof of concept validation, and market access strategies
- Patient Innovation Bootcamp: 8-week programme for patients and caregivers to validate product-market fit and develop business models
- User Validation Labs: Matchmaking programme connecting innovators with living labs, hospitals, and innovation centres in Europe for user validation studies with 1-year ongoing support
- Wild Card: Challenge-based programme providing training, mentoring, and investment pitch opportunities for early-stage healthcare innovations (currently partnered with Sant Joan de Deu Hospital for children-centric solutions)
- Women Entrepreneurship Bootcamp: 5-week programme for women-led or co-led start-ups offering business training, value proposition validation, and access to a Europe-wide mentor network
